1. Low Temperature Motor is mechanically commutated by using a commutator and a brush, and the commutator and brush are connected to the armature of the motor. The brush is connected to a power source and the commutator consists of various parts connected to different rotor windings. As the motor rotates, the brushes contact different portions of the commutator, which energizes the windings in a particular sequence. This creates a dynamic magnetic field that allows the rotor to continuously rotate as its poles are attracted to opposite poles on the stator.
2. Low Temperature Motor's brush needs to be replaced regularly and in a certain way to extend its service life and reduce maintenance requirements, because mechanical friction and electrical corrosion between the brush and the commutator will inevitably lead to brush wear. Its brush is made with new materials that provide improved electrical properties and extend brush life.
3. Low Temperature Motor's commutator has a protective surface film. This film comes from the toner of the brush, the copper and humidity interaction of the commutator. This helps to avoid arcing and destructive sparks. Its brushes have equal spring pressure to maintain a good current distribution. It is suitable for use in low temperature environments.
